Penat

Hello blog, I've missed you ! Life has been pretty good, and busy (what's new). Besides sitting for my mid-semester exam last week, I've also been sorting out stuff to prepare for the move. Moving soooo soon, I'm excited but kind of sad. I feel like I've done a lot of growing up in this house, and I have definitely created a lot of memories while staying here, but it's okay. Gotta move on at some point, I'll grow up some more and make new memories in my new house. All is good.

Had a pretty eventful day with Irfan today haha. I don't want to get into detail, but the bottom line is, I admire how he's able to remain calm and sensible when a tricky situation arises. In many ways, he is the positive one between the two of us. He's always looking at the brighter side of everything, always sees the good in people. He balances out my "what if it goes wrong ?" with his "but, what if it goes right ?" kind of thing y'know. He has such good character, and I fall in love alllll over again every time one of his qualities shine through. I'm a lucky girl.

Anyway, it's time for sleep. Working tomorrow and an extremely busy + tiring week ahead.
Pray I won't collapse anytime soon lol. Wish I could blog more ! x

    1. Hi ! Haha I learned how to manage time so that I can balance everything. For example if I know I'm going to be busy with exams that week, then I won't work. But when I'm free, I'll work, or see my boyfriend / best friends. And I make the most out of my time at home with family, so that means I always spend time talking to my mum, or hanging out with my brother and cats when I'm at home. I'm still trying to master this without feeling so tired tho ! You should definitely work part time and do that, travelling is always worth working hard for. Just make sure you don't work TOO much and make time for your family too. Manage your time :)

    1. I'm so sorry you two broke up :( Did you guys try working it out first ? I dealt with my first heartbreak quite okay I think. I tried to keep myself busy by doing something or going out with friends / family. I try not to be alone because when I'm alone that's when all hell breaks lose and I cry like a _______. If you really want him back don't stop trying to get him back, and work on being better so you don't hurt him anymore. Breakups suck, so I hope you're able to get through it soon. Stay strong xx

  6. Hi izza! Im so glad you updated your blog. Im an avid reading of your blog! I wanted to know what are the job prospects for taking International relations

    1. Hii ! Thank you smooch for reading <3 Haha I'm not really the right person to ask but with an IR degree you can work for companies that operate internationally, NGOs, you can even work for the government under International Relations (Kementerian Luar Negeri, if I'm not mistaken). Also, being a diplomat is more likely with an international relations background too.

  7. Hi Izza! Can you please make a post on grooming for girls? Like you know, hair removal and stuff. Not really a pro in that matter and would really like some help! Sorry if it's an uncomfortable topic, but if you can write about it please do!

    1. Hii ! Haha that sounds so interesting. Maybe one day I might, but no promises. But for now I'll just tell you this : waxing is always the best way to go. Gives the best results.

    2. Oh really? Do you mind sharing what brand you use? Does it hurt?

    3. I'm using Veet now, but I used to use Nair. And both of them are fine. It does, the first time (it depends on your tolerance for pain actually. I have quite high tolerance, it doesn't hurt me that much haha).

    4. Ah okay thanks Izza, I'm trying something else atm so I'm gonna use that up first before I try waxing. Hope you would still consider doing a blog post on it!

  8. Hi Izza, may I know where do you usually buy your jubah?

    1. I only have a few actually, a couple of them are from my relatives who balik from Mekah or something and bring me back jubahs. One I bought from a booth in Giant I think (Giant section 13 has lots of booths that sell jubahs), and the other one I have I bought from fashionvalet.com. They have so many nice ones, but pricey a bit.
