Rare Deed

Rasulullah SAW has been reported to have once said ;
"There are two characteristics that whenever the muslim maintains them, they will enter Jannah.
These two traits are easy to possess, however only a few people acquire them. The first one, is by reciting these at the end of each obligatory prayer ;

SubhanaAllah 10 times,  Alhamdulillah 10 times,  Allahuakbar 10 times

By practicing this deed, you earn 150 rewards for your tongue. And 1500 for the scale of good deeds.
And the second one, is reciting these before going to sleep at night ;

SubhanaAllah 33 times,  Alhamdulillah 33 times,  Allahuakbar 34 times

That's equivalent to 100 rewards for the tongue, 1000 good deeds for the scale."

[ This is a hasan saheeh hadeeth. Sunan al-Tirmidhi, 3332 ]

These two things sound so easy to do and they don't take much time at all, yet we're always rushing off to go do something "important" after praying or going straight to bed because we need to be up early the next morning. That's the work of shaytan. Whispering to us about things we "urgently" need to do, to distract and stop us from worshipping Allah.

We're always reminded to do a good deed to wipe out a bad deed that we've done (intentionally or unintentionally). So imagine, if you did these two things and you'd have 2500 good deeds by the end of the day. That's 2500 sins wiped out a day already and a ticket to help us get to Jannah. Plus, it's Ramadan now, so every good deed is multiplied by 10s.
So 2500 x 10 = 25 000 sins wiped out, 25 000 rewards gained. We sin big and small, and to be honest sometimes we don't even realize that we're doing something wrong.
Therefore, let's all take the opportunity to gain rewards and make our past sins disappear by practicing these two things every day together ! x

JazakAllah Khair.
